JASMINE - CTO

Jasmine has immense experience running her own textile business with in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing and procurement process, perfect for FACTORY. As well as working in data analysis in a finance capacity will ensure immediate support to the business

NIK - CEO

Over 25 years experience in Retail, Management, Design, Construction, Real Estate & Operations. Nik has served over 15 years as client, 6 in consulting and 6 in design & GC. He also spent 1 year with charity: World Vision, developing their PM systems as well as working for the adidas Group, Reebok, JD Sport/ Finish Line & Under Armour

LEANNE - COO

A long-term career at adidas and Reebok saw Leanne in a Director position across the US and globally. As well as being a buyer and merchandiser, plus working for a nonprofit charity in the UK, she has the vision from an operational standpoint as well as real estate experience
